Coaching

One-on-One

Performance coaching is a form of professional development that helps individuals and teams reach their full potential. It involves accountability, collaboration, and accountability between the coach and client to work together towards achieving specific goals. 

Group Coaching

Cohorts are an effective way to increase accountability within a team setting. A coaching cohort is a group of individuals, such as clients or employees, who come together to work on reaching their objectives with the help of a coach. Through collaboration and accountability among the members, they will develop effective strategies to help multiple clients achieve their goals simultaneously.

Team building 

Scenarios are tailored to each team’s unique needs and goals. They build trust, communication, and collaboration while encouraging individual growth. To maximize their effectiveness, they should have a clear purpose shared by all participants and defined objectives that everyone will work towards. These objectives could include developing problem-solving.

The Framework for the Mission Scenarios is one of the three types.

1) Planning/Decision Making.

  • Normative scenarios focus on what should happen to achieve desired outcomes.

2) Crisis Action Planning (CAP).

  • Predictive scenarios aim to anticipate what will happen in the future. This will help organizations prepare for potential events and plan accordingly. 

3) Complex Problem Solving.

  • Explorative scenarios Hypothesize many pathways of what needs to happen and after it happens.

Special Events

Leadership 365 (L365) is an innovative and comprehensive program designed to equip top-level successors with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in leadership roles. This one-year program provides participants opportunities to challenge themselves on four physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Through group activities and one-on-one learning sessions that embrace discomfort and foster healthy self-esteem and trust, participants will gain valuable insights essential for successful leadership.

  • The curriculum covers the following:
    • Goal-setting, decision-making.
    • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Communication strategies.
    • Problem-solving.
    • Conflict-resolution methods.
    • Conflict Avoidance - Speaking your truth.
