Bill is a 28-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and a passionate consultant for our company. He is dedicated to learning and enabling individuals and organizations to access technology. He has a wide range of expertise that he brings to the table, including preserving a people-first culture, guiding organizational success, building long-term relationships with customers, advocating core values and talent development, as well as relationships working together. Bill holds both a master’s degree from the U.S. Army War College, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from East Carolina University. A former Coronado Naval Special Warfare Center commanding officer, Bill was responsible for training special operations forces.

Jennifer is a dynamic leader and coach with 20 years of experience driving large-scale talent development programs for companies like Salesforce, Workday, Documentum, and PeopleSoft. She is an ICF Certified Coach, Circles Certified Guide, and a certified Salesforce High-Impact Teaming Coach & Facilitator. Drawing from her background as a former United States Synchronized Swimming athlete, Jennifer seeks to bring dedication, strength, resilience, and teamwork qualities into coaching teams and organizations. She is dedicated to helping them navigate the volatile dynamics of team building while understanding the value that can come from a unified, supported, and engaged team.

Dr.Naggiar is a Board Certified Coach and experienced Navy SEAL Leader and Operator with a combat swimmer designation. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University in 2011, completed his Master of Business Administration at Regis University in 2000, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Ocean Studies from the University of San Diego (1991). Dr. Naggiar has operated and deployed worldwide to support the United States Special Operations Command and has served in various leadership capacities.

Dr.Dodge is a certified executive coach with over 30 years of experience as an executive leader, consultant, and coach.  Dr.Dodge also has 12 years of university assistant professor experience. He is a retired Navy commander/aviator with 20 years of service, including leading highly classified, high-risk aviation operations vital to national security strategy. Dr. Dodge’s degrees include Ph.D. Organization and Management, M.S. Management/Manpower Systems Analysis, and B.A. in Russian. His interests include Organizational Development (O.D.) and leadership/followership performance.

Erika is a Leve 2 coach, a seasoned professional performance coach whose extraordinary journey and accomplishments. With over 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy as a Chief and a devoted San Diego Police Officer, Erika exemplifies unwavering determination and resilience.

Intrigued by the complexities of the human mind, Erika has discovered her true calling in guiding others to surpass their self-imposed barriers and unlock their highest potential. Her coaching approach empowers clients to push beyond their boundaries and aim for continued growth and achievement, fostering an environment of progress and success.

Colin is a level 2 coach and a 25-year veteran of the US Navy who served as a Naval Aviator. He is a former Regional Program Director for the Navy’s Wounded Warrior-Safe Harbor program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Colin continues to serve veterans through two non-profit organizations that deliver resilience programs. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University and an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School. 

Robert is a Level 2 coach with 1-on-1 and team training experience both in & out of the military. With an illustrious 11-year military tenure, Robert has forged an impressive path, including prestigious stints on the guided-missile destroyer USS John Paul Jones and an integral role in an Amphibious Construction Battalion. This extraordinary journey has shaped Robert into a highly effective performance coach, fueled by an unerring passion for education and mentorship.

His unique blend of military and civilian experiences has equipped him with a wealth of insights and skills, enabling him to provide unparalleled coaching for individuals aiming to elevate their personal and professional trajectories. Following his transition from the military, Robert’s enthusiasm for coaching was ignited, prompting him to reinforce and apply his coaching principles in real-world scenarios.

John “Pops” Kennedy, our fitness coordinator, is a highly experienced team builder and tactical training expert, having served in the US Army in multi capacities, from an infantryman to the intelligence community, while still providing services in the private sector. John has over 20 years of experience in team building and brings unparalleled knowledge and insight to this role. John has shared his expertise worldwide with hundreds of teams in and out of the corporate environment and aspiring young men and women by preparing and working with them physically and mentally to succeed and win in their chosen career path, i.e., military, university, or personal ventures. John’s commitment to helping our teams reach their goals and their long history of success make him an invaluable asset to our team. 

Carrie is the Trident Operations Manager, bringing 15 years of expertise and an unwavering commitment to dependability to our firm. With a Bachelor’s Degree from National University and experience as an Organizational Management Professional, Master Training Specialist, she ensures that all clients receive effective curriculum training programs that meet the highest standards. Carrie’s commitment to excellence makes her a valuable asset to our firm’s growth.

Laurie is the Director of Events and Marketing for Trident Coaching & Consulting. Laurie is an accomplished event professional with years of experience in Non-Profit and Fortune 500 sectors. Her expertise and strong organizational skills make her an invaluable team member.

Laurie graduated from the prestigious University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing, where she honed her attention to detail and developed her remarkable work ethic. Her ability to work tirelessly and with a singular focus on meeting the unique needs of our clients has made her a go-to expert for planning and executing memorable and successful events.

Laurie oversees the entire event planning process from start to finish at our company.
